Your mailbox has its own password, separate from the one you use to sign in to Noiseyard. You can set a new one at any time from the Mailbox page. None of your emails are affected.
To reset it:
Go to Site Management, then Mailbox.
Under Mailbox Settings, click Reset Password.
Type your new password twice and click Change password.
Update it in any mail app where you added the mailbox, on your phone and on your computer.
You do not need the old password to set a new one, so a forgotten password is never a problem.
Please note that:
The password needs 8 to 54 characters with at least one letter and one number. It cannot contain spaces, quote marks or accented letters (like é), and it cannot contain your address name or your domain name.
You never need this password to read your mail on the Mailbox page. Open inbox signs you in without it.
If your mail app starts asking for a password over and over after a reset, remove the account from the app and add it again with the six settings from the Mailbox page.
