Most domain transfers to Noiseyard finish within a few days, and can take up to about a week. The timing is set by standard domain rules, not by Noiseyard, so it can vary a little from one domain to the next.
What affects the timing:
Your approval. If you get an email asking you to confirm the transfer, approving it quickly is the fastest way to move things along.
Your current provider. Some providers release a domain within hours, others take a few days.
Eligibility. A domain registered or last transferred within the past 60 days cannot be transferred yet.
Your site stays live the whole time. Nothing goes offline while the transfer is in progress, and we will email you the moment it is complete. After that, we point the domain at your Noiseyard site for you.
