If your Domain Sender Verification shows "Verify Now" or stays on "Verifying," it usually just needs the DNS records added, or a little more time. Here is how to finish it.
What to do depends on how your domain is set up.
If Noiseyard manages your domain (you registered it with us, or connected it by changing your nameservers):
Go to Newsletter, then Newsletter Settings.
In Domain Sender Verification, click Verify Now.
We add the records for you. If it shows Verifying, the change is still spreading across the internet. Wait a little and it turns to Verified on its own.
If your domain keeps its DNS at another provider (you connected it using DNS records):
In Domain Sender Verification, click View the DNS records.
Add every record shown at your domain manager, the place that holds your DNS, such as your registrar. There are a few records to add.
Save them, come back, and verify. The status turns to Verified once your provider has published the records.
Please note that:
DNS changes can take a few hours to spread, so verification is not always instant. Adding the records exactly as shown, then waiting a little, fixes almost every case.
If it still will not verify after a day and you have added the records, contact us at support@noiseyard.com and we will take a look.
