The Name element greets each fan with their own first name, so the same mail feels personal to everyone who reads it.
To add it:
Place your cursor where you want the name to appear, for example at the start of your greeting.
Click "+ Insert Tags" in the toolbar and choose "Name", or type "{Name" and pick it from the menu.
A "Name" tag appears in your text. When the mail is sent, it becomes each fan's first name.
Click the tag to open its options. You can change the text size and turn on bold, italic, or underline so the name matches the rest of your writing.
For example, "Hi {Name}, my new single is out!" arrives as "Hi Joe, my new single is out!" for a fan named Joe.
