To create a mail using your existing template:
Go to your Control Panel.
Click on “New Newsletter Mail” under Fan Interactions.
Select a pre-made template to use from Selected Template dropdown menu.
Enter a compelling and clear subject line to your mail. Be careful selecting your subject since it directly impacts open rates and the effectiveness of your campaign. A good subject line avoids spam filters, and sets a professional tone, while a poorly crafted one can lead to ignored emails or being marked as spam.
Type your newsletter mail in the text area in a clear, engaging, and conversational tone.
Add elements where you want them, such as an image, a button, your fan’s name, or a download code. Use the “+ Insert Tags” button in the editor toolbar, or type “{” to open the quick menu, then pick what you need. For example, add a Button with the text “Listen Now” that links to your new album, or place an Image of your cover art. Click any element to set it up or change it. When you're ready, click "Send". If you need more time to refine it, you can save your email as a draft and return to it later.
Confirm your selection from the modal.
Your newsletter mail will be shared with your mailing list members.
