To disconnect your current Get Paid account:

1. Go to your Control Panel.

2. Click on Get Paid button. This will open Get Paid settings.

3. There will be a "Disconnect" button next to your current Get Paid method. Click on it.

4. A modal will appear. Carefully read the information displayed on the modal:

   • Once disconnected, you will not be able to sell from your website until you connect a new payment method to receive payments.

   • For the sales you’ve made using this account as the receiver, the Refund Button in Order Details page will be disabled. If a refund is requested for these sales, you will need to make your refunds manually in your [Get Paid Method Account] dashboard.

5. If you are sure you'd like to disconnect your Get Paid method, click on the Disconnect button.

Your Get Paid method will be disconnected. You will not be able to sell from your website until you connect a new payment method to receive payments.
