Each time you make a sale, we send you an email with the order's details. Under Order Summary, it shows your customer's email address. Write to that address to reach your customer.
If you reply to that email, your message comes to Noiseyard Support, and your customer does not receive it. Always write to your customer's own email address.
You can also find your customers' email addresses in your control panel:
Go to your Control Panel.
Click Sales under Marketing.
The Buyer e-mail column shows the email address for each order. Click an order to see all of its details.
