If a product delivered by Printful has a production or fulfillment issue (such as a misprint or damage), the issue is handled by Printful under their own policies.
In these cases, you (the artist) submit a claim through your Printful account, usually within a set time after delivery. Printful may ask for a short description and photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, they’ll typically reprint the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Since Printful manages production and shipping, quality-related issues are assessed and resolved by Printful, not Noiseyard.
