Returns and refunds for Printful products follow Printful’s policies, along with any return or refund policy you set for your store.
If there’s an issue on Printful’s side (such as a misprint, a damaged item, or a fulfillment or shipping error), Printful will typically offer a reprint or a refund, depending on the case. For more details, see: A Printful product was delivered faulty. What happens now?
If a customer simply changes their mind (for example, they ordered the wrong size or don’t like the design), Printful generally doesn’t issue refunds. In these cases, how you handle the situation is up to you and should follow your own store policy.
If you decide to refund a customer, you can do so from your Noiseyard dashboard. Go to Sales under Marketing, open the relevant order, and issue a refund from there.

Before refunding a Printful order, we recommend checking its status in your Printful dashboard. If the order hasn’t entered fulfillment yet, you may be able to cancel it directly in Printful. This can help you avoid covering production and shipping costs for that item. Refunds are handled in Noiseyard, but order cancellations must be done in Printful.
Finally, we strongly recommend adding a clear return and refund policy to your website so fans know what to expect when ordering Printful merch - or any merch from your store.
