Not directly. If your existing products are set up in Shopify and connected to Printful, you’ll need to create a separate Printful store for use with Noiseyard.
In practice, that means:
Create a new Printful store for Noiseyard (Manual order platform / API)
In Printful, go to Stores → Connect via API (Manual order platform / API), then create a store name (for example “Noiseyard Store”).

Copy your Shopify-store products into Product templates
In Printful, go to My products → Published, select your Shopify store, then for each product click the three dots (⋮) and choose Save as templates / Duplicate to templates.

Publish those templates to the new API store
Go to Product templates, find the template, click Add to store / Publish, and select your new Manual order platform / API store.
Connect Printful to Noiseyard using your Printful Access Key, and Add the products you want to sell on your Noiseyard site, then click Apply Changes.
