To generate coupon codes:
Visit your Control Panel.
Click “Coupon Codes” under Marketing.
Press “Create New” from bottom-right.
Enter the code for this coupon. This code will be entered by your fans in checkout. For example, if you are providing a 20% discount with this code, you can name it “ARTISTNAME20”.
Set the discount amount the code will provide. You can set a coupon by percentage, eg. %20 discount or a specific amount, eg. $20 discount.
Enter the minimum shopping total required to apply the coupon code.
Optionally, enter the maximum shopping total required to apply the coupon code.
Select the item types to which the coupon code can be applied using Applicable Products dropdown menu.
Click “Save”.
Your coupon codes will be ready to use right away.
Please note that:
If you select Store Products under Applicable Products, the coupon will apply to all store items, including both your own merch and print-on-demand merch fulfilled by Printful. Keep in mind that Printful products have fixed production and shipping costs. Applying discounts to these items may reduce your profit, so it’s a good idea to review your margins or adjust pricing in Printful if needed.
