To issue a refund for an order placed on your Noiseyard website, follow these steps:
Go to Control Panel.
Click Sales under Marketing.
Click on the order you want to refund to access the Order Details page.
Click on the Create Refund button at the bottom left.
Select the products you want to refund and click Refund Selected. To refund the entire order, click Refund All Order.
If you want to refund the shipping fee, enable Refund shipping fee and enter the amount. The total shipping fee is shown below the field for reference.
Click Continue.
Review the refund details and click Refund to confirm.
Once submitted, the refund is processed through Stripe and sent back to the customer’s original payment method. Refund timing depends on Stripe, the payment method used, and the customer’s bank, and usually takes a few business days.
Refunds are issued from your connected Stripe account. Noiseyard does not hold or process funds directly; it provides the interface for managing refunds.
How you handle the return of physical products (if applicable) is up to you and should follow your store’s return policy.
Please note that:
Refunding an order in Noiseyard does not cancel the order in Printful.
To cancel a Printful order and prevent it from being shipped, you must do this from your Printful dashboard.
Refunds are handled in Noiseyard (via Stripe), but order cancellations must be done in Printful.
