If your Bandsintown integration fails, it is usually one of these issues:
Bandsintown may not resolve the artist name format you entered.
Try artist ID format instead:id_<your_artist_id>
Example: id_15613875
Find your artist ID in your Bandsintown dashboard URL:https://artists.bandsintown.com/artists/<your_artist_id>/home
Make sure your API key is copied from the same artist profile you are connecting:
Bandsintown dashboard -> Settings -> Copy API Key
Bandsintown API keys are artist-linked, so a key from another artist profile can fail.
Double-check that:
id_ is included at the beginning when using artist ID format.
There are no leading/trailing spaces in artist value or API key.
You copied the full value.
Try artist value as id_<your_artist_id>.
Re-copy API key from the same artist profile.
Save again in Noiseyard Integrations -> Bandsintown.
If it still does not connect, contact support and include:
the exact artist value entered (you can mask part of it),
a screenshot of the connection form (hide API key),
your Bandsintown artist dashboard URL.
