The Contact Form section makes it easy for the right people to reach you for bookings, press, or collaborations. You can show a form, an email address, or both.
To set up the contact form on your EPK page:
Go to Edit Site.
Select “EPK” from the Page dropdown menu (if not already selected).
Open Contents Overview and click the Contact Form row. If Contact Form is not on your page yet, open “+ Add section” and select it.
Under Core Details, optionally toggle a Section Title and a Description with a short message about who should reach out and what to expect.
In the Contact Displays group, switch on Show contact form, Show email address, or both.
If you switched on Show email address, type the address you’d like displayed into the Displayed Email Address field.
Open Form Settings to choose whether the form should include a Name field, and whether to send a confirmation email when someone submits the form. Email, Subject, and Message are always included.
Your changes save automatically. Publish your website to make them live.
Tip: Use the Description to set expectations, for example, “For booking and press inquiries only. Allow up to 5 business days for a reply.”
