Can I remove the default privacy policy from my site?
No - if you collect emails, sell music or merch, or use tools like analytics or ad pixels, you’re legally required in many regions to have a privacy policy.
That’s why every Noiseyard musician website includes one by default.
What you can do is edit the default policy to fit your exact practices or add your own custom policies alongside it. This way, your site always stays transparent and compliant.
