Here are the answers to the questions you may have about your Noiseyard website, subscription and more.

What subject do you need help with?

Account and Subscription

    • Do you provide discounts for annual subscriptions?
    • Yes, we’re thrilled to offer a discount for annual subscriptions as a thank you for your commitment!

When you choose an annual plan, you receive a three-month discount compared to the monthly subscription rate. We genuinely appreciate your support and are excited to provide this benefit as a token of our gratitude for being a valued client.

    • How to cancel my account?
    • We’re sorry to see you go!

Canceling your account will permanently delete all of your data. However, did you know we offer a pausing option for your subscription? Unlike canceling, which deletes all your website information, pausing allows you to take a break without losing any data. If you need some time off, we recommend pausing your subscription rather than canceling, so you can easily pick up where you left off when you’re ready.

This article will guide you through the pausing process: How to pause my subscription for a period of time?

If you’re sure you want to cancel your account, please email us with your decision. However, if you think there might be other options we can offer, please let us know, we'd love to help!

    • Do I have an option to pause my subscription?
    • Absolutely, you can pause your subscription if needed!

We understand that life and projects can have unpredictable moments, so we offer this option to give you the flexibility to take a break without losing your progress. You can pause your subscription for a period of 3 months. During this pause, your account will remain active, and you can choose to resume your subscription at any time within the pause period.

    • Can you tell me about the Tiers?
    • At Noiseyard, our tiered subscription system offers flexible options to meet various needs.

      Tier 1: Lite

      • Tier 1: Lite is designed for those who need a basic website setup with essential features but without e-commerce capabilities. It includes a set image limit, newsletter tools, and access to homepage features like the Featured Section and Event Calendar, though it lacks the Tip Jar and Store page.

       Tier 2: Standard

      • Tier 2: Standard expands on Tier 1: Lite by adding e-commerce functionality, allowing you to sell merchandise and digital music, create discounts, download and coupon codes and utilize newsletter tools. It provides higher limits on images and track uploads and includes all features.

       Tier 3: Unlimited

      • Tier 3: Unlimited offers everything in Tier 2 with no content limits, allowing unlimited image storage and track uploads, making it ideal for those seeking maximum flexibility.

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier as needed, with adjustments to your billing. Generally, tier upgrades take effect immediately with a price adjustment. However, if you are on an annual plan and wish to upgrade to a higher tier with a monthly subscription, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

We highly recommend upgrading to an annual subscription for the new tier to begin using it immediately. Any unused portion of your current annual subscription will be prorated, and your billing cycle will remain unchanged, enabling you to upgrade with no extra commitment.

This tiered approach ensures you can select a plan that fits your current requirements and scale up as your needs grow.

If you need more detailed information about our tiers, visit noiseyard.com/en/pricing.

    • How do Tiers work?
    • Tiers at Noiseyard are designed to offer varying levels of features and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of musicians and bands. Here’s a breakdown of how they work:

      1. Choosing your Tier

      2. Features by Tier:

      • Tier 1: Lite - This tier is designed for those who need a basic website setup with essential features but without e-commerce capabilities. • Tier 2: Standard - Tier 2 expands on Tier 1: Lite by adding e-commerce functionality, allowing you to sell merchandise and digital music, create discounts, download and coupon codes and utilize newsletter tools. It provides higher limits on images and track uploads and includes all features.

      • Tier 3: Unlimited - Tier 3 offers everything in Tier 2 with no content limits, allowing unlimited image storage and track uploads, making it ideal for those seeking maximum flexibility.

      3. Tier Changes:

      • You can adjust your tier based on your evolving needs. Generally, if you upgrade, the new tier’s price adjustment applies immediately. However, in some cases, you might need to wait until the next billing period for the changes to take full effect.

      • If you are on an annual plan and wish to upgrade to a higher tier with a monthly subscription, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
