Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies only to subscription fees paid to Noiseyard for access to the Noiseyard Services. It does not apply to purchases made from a Noiseyard User through a Hosted Website (including physical products fulfilled by third parties such as Printful). For Hosted Website purchases, refunds and returns are handled by the Hosted Website owner under their store policies and the applicable payment/fulfillment providers’ terms.

1. No Refunds After Service Activation

Once Noiseyard’s subscription Services are activated, either at the end of your 30-day trial or earlier if you manually end the trial, subscription fees paid to Noiseyard are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

By activating your subscription, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply may be limited or unavailable once performance begins.

2. Trial Period and Cancellation

When you create a Noiseyard account, you receive a 30-day free trial starting from when your website goes live.

During the trial

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting Noiseyard Support.

  • If cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will not begin and you will not be charged.

Ending the trial early

  • If you choose to manually end your trial (for example, to register a custom domain), your paid subscription will begin immediately, your trial will end, and standard billing terms will apply.

  • From that point forward, all charges are non-refundable.

After the trial (paid subscriptions)

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, at which point your website is taken offline and your data is retained for a 3‑month grace period. If you re‑subscribe within those 3 months, your site comes back online and nothing is deleted. If you do not, your account, website, and all associated data are permanently deleted after the 3‑month grace period and cannot be recovered.

  • No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

  • If your account is in a payment failure state, you may still cancel, but data retention and deletion will follow the timelines in our Terms of Use (Past Due → Unpaid → Expired).

To avoid charges, cancel your account before your trial ends, before manually ending it early, or before your next billing period begins.

3. Purchases Made on Hosted Websites (End Customers)

Noiseyard provides the technical platform for Hosted Websites and related store tools. Noiseyard is not the seller of record and is not a party to the contract of sale between the Hosted Website owner (the User) and the End Customer.

If you made a purchase on a Hosted Website:

  • Refunds, returns, cancellations, and customer support are handled by the Hosted Website owner under their store policies.

  • Payments are processed by the Hosted Website owner’s payment processor (for example, Stripe). Any disputes or chargebacks are handled through that provider under their terms.

  • If the order includes third-party fulfilled products (for example, Printful), fulfillment, shipping, and returns may also be subject to the fulfillment partner’s terms and policies.

If you need help, please contact the Hosted Website owner directly using the contact information on their Hosted Website.

4. Tier Upgrade and Downgrades

Definitions (for this Refund Policy):

  • Upgrade: An Upgrade occurs when a User (i) moves from a lower subscription tier to a higher subscription tier, or (ii) switches from monthly to annual billing, regardless of tier level.

  • Downgrade: A Downgrade occurs when a User (i) moves from a higher subscription tier to a lower subscription tier, or (ii) switches from annual to monthly billing, regardless of tier level.

Upgrades:

  • Take effect immediately.

  • You will gain access to the upgraded features or annual billing benefits right away.

  • You will be charged immediately for the upgrade, calculated on a prorated basis for the remainder of your current billing period, minus any applicable credits for unused time on the previous plan.

  • The next renewal date will be based on the new plan’s billing frequency (e.g., 12 months from the upgrade if switching to annual).

  • All upgrade charges are non-refundable.

Downgrades:

  • Take effect immediately.

  • If the downgrade is to a lower tier, your access will be restricted to that tier’s features.

  • If the downgrade is from annual to monthly billing, your plan will continue with monthly billing frequency.

  • A prorated credit for any unused time on the higher plan will be applied to the next invoice(s).

  • You cannot request a refund of the price difference caused by the downgrade.

5. Duplicate Purchases

Refunds may be issued for duplicate purchases if requested within 7 days of the charge. To resolve such issues, please contact our Support Team.

6. Auto-Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle to prevent service interruption. If your subscription is renewed and you did not cancel beforehand, the renewal fee is non-refundable.

To avoid being charged, please make sure to cancel your subscription before the current billing period ends.

7. Dispute Resolution for Refund Requests

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this Refund Policy or arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Türkiye, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Continued use of Noiseyard after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
