Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After Service Activation

Once Noiseyard's services are activated (i.e., when your website goes live after the 30-day trial), we do not offer refunds. The subscription fee is non-refundable unless required by applicable law. By activating the service, you acknowledge that the provision of the service begins immediately, and you waive your right to withdraw as per relevant consumer protection laws.


2. Trial Period and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial period ends by contacting our Support Team at support@noiseyard.com.

If canceled during the trial period, your paid subscription will not begin, and no charges will be applied.

To avoid billing, please ensure your account is canceled before the trial period concludes. Failure to cancel on time will result in a charge for the subscription fee, which will be non-refundable.


3. Pausing Subscriptions

Noiseyard allows you to pause your subscription for a duration of 1, 2, or 3 months. By pausing their subscription, the user states that they understand their subscription will automatically resume after the selected pause duration.

a. During the Pause:

  • Your website will be taken offline, meaning it will no longer be accessible to visitors.

  • Subscription will be paused; billing will be temporarily suspended.

  • Any remaining days in your current billing cycle will be irrevocably forfeited upon initiating the pause.

  • Newsletter and other e-commerce tools will be disabled.

  • However, you will retain full access to your account, allowing you to log in and make edits or updates to your website.

b. Pausing of Subscription During Free Trial Period

  • If you choose to pause your subscription during the free trial period, the free trial will be immediately terminated. This means that you will forfeit any remaining days in the free trial period.

  • You may resume your subscription at any time. However, please note that regardless of whether you manually resume your subscription or the pause duration lapses, a new billing cycle will commence, and the associated fee will be charged to your account as outlined in the Website's pricing terms.


c. End of Pause Duration:

Once the pause period expires, your subscription will automatically resume.

  • When the selected pause duration expires, your subscription will automatically resume.

  • Your website will go back online, making it accessible to visitors.

  • All Noiseyard features included in User's subscription tier, such as newsletter tools and other services, will be reactivated.

  • A new billing cycle will be automatically initiated. The full subscription fee, corresponding to the User's chosen subscription tier, will be charged to the User's designated payment method. No proration or partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the previous billing cycle.

e. Flexibility to Pause Anytime:

  • Users may pause their subscriptions at any time, and the pause will take effect immediately.

  • Once a subscription is paused, it cannot be paused again for a new duration without first being resumed.


f. Resuming Before the Pause Ends:

  • Users can resume their subscription manually before the pause duration ends. Upon manual resumption:

    • The website and all associated services will be reactivated immediately.

    • A new billing cycle will be automatically initiated. The full subscription fee, corresponding to the User's chosen subscription tier, will be charged to the User's designated payment method. No proration or partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the previous billing cycle.


4. Tier Upgrade and Downgrades

  • All tier subscription upgrades are non-refundable.

  • Upgrades: If you upgrade your tier, the new tier will take effect immediately, and you will gain access to the upgraded plan’s features right away. The price adjustment of the new tier will be reflected in the next billing cycle. You will be charged for the new plan’s renewal, along with a prorated charge for the upgraded period, minus any credit for unused time from the previous tier.

  • Downgrades: You will immediately switch to the lower-tier plan, with access restricted to its respective features. A prorated credit for any unused time on the higher-tier plan will be applied to the next invoice(s). You cannot request a refund of the price difference caused by the downgrade of the Tier.



5. Duplicate Purchases

Refunds may be issued for duplicate purchases if requested within 7 days of the charge. To resolve such issues, please contact our Support Team.


6. Dispute Resolution for Refund Requests

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this Refund Policy or arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Türkiye, in accordance with the laws of Türkiye.


7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal compliance. Please review this policy periodically for any updates.
