Noiseyard uses third-party payment processors for all subscription transactions. We do not store or process your payment information. All billing is securely handled by Lemon Squeezy and is subject to their privacy policy.
By submitting your email, you agree to receive communications from Noiseyard or from the creator of the Hosted Website you interacted with. These may include:
Transactional emails (order confirmations, account setup)
Platform updates or reminders
Mailing list messages from the creator
You can unsubscribe anytime using the opt-out link in the email.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
Voluntary Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, your account data and all associated content (including any Hosted Website data) will be permanently deleted at the end of your current billing or trial period.
Payment Failures: If your payment fails, your account will follow the process in our Terms of Use:
Past Due (14 days) → No deletion; payment retried automatically.
Unpaid (up to 90 days) → Website taken offline; data retained so you can resume service by updating payment details.
Expired (after 90 days in Unpaid) → Permanent deletion of all account data and associated content.
Once deleted, data cannot be recovered unless we are legally or operationally required to retain it.
We use technical and organizational safeguards, including SSL encryption and access controls. While no system is 100% secure, we strive to protect your data with industry-standard methods.

You may contact us to (1) update or correct your information, (2) change your communication preferences, or (3) request a record of the information we hold about you. Such updates will not affect information maintained prior to your request.

If you enable Meta Pixel on your Hosted Website, a cookie consent banner will automatically be shown to visitors, and Meta may collect usage data as per its own privacy policy. Noiseyard does not access or store Meta Pixel data.
If you create a website using Noiseyard, we provide default tools — such as a privacy policy template and, if Meta Pixel is enabled, a cookie consent banner — to help you meet common legal requirements.
However, you are responsible for ensuring your Hosted Website complies with applicable laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations) regarding the collection, storage, and processing of visitor data.
Please note: if your Noiseyard account is deleted (due to cancellation or non-payment), all Hosted Website data will be permanently deleted in accordance with the How Long Do We Keep Your Information? section above.
If you participate in the Noiseyard Affiliate Program, we may collect data such as referral links, cookie-based tracking activity (valid for 14 days), and commission records. This data is used solely to track referrals and process affiliate payouts. All commission tracking and payments are managed by Lemon Squeezy, and your participation is subject to their privacy practices and payout terms.
