To create a mail using your existing template:
Go to your Control Panel.
Click on “New Newsletter Mail” under Fan Interactions.
Select a pre-made template to use from Selected Template dropdown menu.
Enter a compelling and clear subject line to your mail. Be careful selecting your subject since it directly impacts open rates and the effectiveness of your campaign. A good subject line avoids spam filters, and sets a professional tone, while a poorly crafted one can lead to ignored emails or being marked as spam.
Type your newsletter mail in the text area in a clear, engaging, and conversational tone.
Attach an image relevant to the content and support your message, if needed. Select the image size and alignment to go well with the general composition.
If preferred, use an Action Button by selecting the “Use Action Button” option to encourage your readers to take desired actions. For example, when announcing your new album, choose “Use Action Button,” enter “Listen Now” as the Action Button Text, and paste the link to your album as the Action Button Link. This creates a clear, easy path for your fans to follow.
When you're ready, click "Send". If you need more time to refine it, you can save your email as a draft and return to it later.
Confirm your selection from the modal.
Your newsletter mail will be shared with your mailing list members.
