    • What is a newsletter template for?
    • A newsletter template is a pre-designed framework that simplifies the creation of consistent and visually appealing email newsletters. It helps you have a consistent design for each mail, which reinforces your brand identity and ensures a professional look.

You can use the newsletter templates you’ve created while composing new newsletter mails. By utilizing these templates, you can efficiently update content for different newsletters while preserving a cohesive look across all your e-mails.

    • How to create a newsletter template?
    • To create a newsletter template:

      1. Go to your Control Panel.

      2. Click on “Newsletter Templates” under Fan Interactions.

      3. Press on “Create New Template” card on the right or “Create New Template” button under Templates Overview. Both these actions will create a new template.

      4. Give your template a distinct name to easily identify and manage it.

      5. Adjust the colors of the template to align with your website design and artist identity. You can preview these changes using the dummy template on the right to ensure a compatible look.

      6. Select a font that complements your design. Remember that email fonts are limited, so pick one that maintains readability and fits your style.

      7. Decide on the type of title for your newsletter. You can upload a logo, use a text title, or choose the “No Title” option if preferred. Note that font options for text titles are also limited.

      8. Once you are all done, click “Back to templates” to return to Newsletter Templates page.

Your new newsletter template will be saved, and you will be able to create new e-mails using it.

    • How to create a mail using my existing template?
    • To create a mail using your existing template:

      1. Go to your Control Panel.

      2. Click on “New Newsletter Mail” under Fan Interactions.

      3. Select a pre-made template to use from Selected Template dropdown menu.

      4. Enter a compelling and clear subject line to your mail. Be careful selecting your subject since it directly impacts open rates and the effectiveness of your campaign. A good subject line avoids spam filters, and sets a professional tone, while a poorly crafted one can lead to ignored emails or being marked as spam.

      5. Type your newsletter mail in the text area in a clear, engaging, and conversational tone.

      6. Attach an image relevant to the content and support your message, if needed. Select the image size and alignment to go well with the general composition.

      7. If preferred, use an Action Button by selecting the “Use Action Button” option to encourage your readers to take desired actions. For example, when announcing your new album, choose “Use Action Button,” enter “Listen Now” as the Action Button Text, and paste the link to your album as the Action Button Link. This creates a clear, easy path for your fans to follow.

      8. When you're ready, click "Send". If you need more time to refine it, you can save your email as a draft and return to it later.

      9. Confirm your selection from the modal.

Your newsletter mail will be shared with your mailing list members.
