Download codes are digital vouchers that enable your fans to access and download your albums from your website for free. By redeeming the provided code, your fans can instantly enjoy your music.

Download codes can also serve as a powerful marketing tool for promoting new releases and reaching new audiences.

To generate download codes:

1. Visit your Control Panel.

2. Click “Download Codes” under Marketing.

3. Press “Create New” from bottom-right.

4. Assign a name to the batch for clear identification of the codes, such as "Promo Codes for Album 1".

5. Select the album you’d like to generate download codes for from the drawer component.

6. Click “Save”.

Your download codes will be generated right away.

To see your unused download codes:

1. Visit your Control Panel.

2. Click “Download Codes” under Marketing.

3. Press “View Unused Codes” under the batch you’d like to view. We always keep the lists fresh by replacing used codes to ensure availability.

To deactivate download codes for an album:

1. Visit your Control Panel.

2. Click “Download Codes” under Marketing.

3. Press the trash can icon next the batch you’d like to delete.

4. Confirm your decision by pressing “Delete” button from the modal.

The changes will be applied right away.

To view the number of redeemed download codes:

1. Visit your Control Panel.

2. Click “Download Codes” under Marketing.

3. Under “Number of used codes”, you can see the number of redeemed download codes.

Coupon codes allow you to set a certain percentage of discount for your fans to use in checkout while shopping from your website. They simply enter the code during checkout to apply the discount to their order.

Consider it as a way of showing appreciation and making your music more accessible to everyone who loves your work. It is also a potent marketing tool for promoting new releases and merch.

To generate coupon codes:

1. Visit your Control Panel.

2. Click “Coupon Codes” under Marketing.

3. Press “Create New” from bottom-right.

4. Enter the code for this discount. This code will be entered by your fans in checkout. For example, if you are providing a 20% discount with this code, you can name it “ARTISTNAME20”.

5. Set the discount amount the code will provide. You can set a discount by percentage, eg. %20 discount or a specific amount, eg. $20 discount.

6. Enter the minimum shopping total required to apply the coupon code.

7. Optionally, enter the maximum shopping total required to apply the coupon code.

8. Select the item types to which the coupon code can be applied using Applicable Products dropdown menu.

9. Click “Save”.

Your coupon codes will be ready to use right away.

To create a discount on a store product in your website: 

1. Visit your Control Panel.

2. Click “Discounted Items” under Marketing.

3. Press “Create New” from bottom-right.

4. Select “Store Product” from Item Type dropdown menu.

5. Select the product you'd like to create a discount for from Discounted Item dropdown menu.

6. Set the discounted price for the item.

7. Click “Save”.

Your discount will be created right away.

To create a discount on digital tracks/albums on your musician website:

1. Visit your Control Panel.

2. Click “Discounted Items” under Marketing.

3. Press “Create New” from bottom-right.

4. Select “Digital Album/Track” from Item Type dropdown menu.

5. Select the album you'd like to create a discount for from Discounted Item dropdown menu.

6. Set the discounted price for the album and tracks.

7. Click “Save”.

Your discount will be created right away.

To remove a discount on a product in your musician website:

1. Visit your Control Panel.

2. Click “Discounted Items” under Marketing.

3. Press the trash can icon next the discount you’d like to delete.

4. Confirm your decision by pressing “Delete” button from the modal.

The changes will be applied right away.

To see which items are discounted at the moment in your musician website:

1. Visit your Control Panel.

2. Click “Discounted Items” under Marketing.

3. Items that are currently discounted in your website are listed here.
